Refund policy

All items are made to order, therefore we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. All items have a 2-week turnaround time. Due to the nature of these items, if an item you purchased is not available in your selected size/color, you will receive an email from us within 48 hours and we will work towards a solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
